Soo comfortable place

Great place to live. All of the staff are great people. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. There is a playground, elementary school across the street, pet friendly, usually have an activity for residents once a month, and is clean except for the few idiots who choose not to pick up their pet waste but the office does try hard to enforce their property policies.

I LOVE THAT PLACE I DIDN'T EVEN GO THERE BUT PRETTY AND CLEAN

Winfield is an affordable property that have income limitations and they keep their rents lower than a conventional property. Fabiola explained all this to me and even though I didn't qualify to live there, I highly recommend this place.

Living here has been great! I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and have been very happy here. Kathy in the office is always super great when I see her and very helpful! If I ever need help she’s the one I go to.

As a tenant for the past few years, I have found their professionalism, dedication, and attentiveness to be truly outstanding.

It’s been a joy living here because the property is nice and the Manager Fabiola helps us well when we need help.

I love it here because It is clean and the Manager Fabiola is one of the best managers and she helps us when we need it.

I have really enjoyed my time living here especially thanks to the manger Fabi for all the help she does.

UPDATE (it wouldn't let me write a new review): I just moved out after almost 8 years and still hold the complex in high regard. Kathy and Fabi are an amazing team. Thank you for housing me for some of the most challenging and amazing times of my life! Somehow after living here for 2 years, I just managed to read the reviews and I felt compelled to offset some of the negative ones. I just signed another lease and I can say that even though there were initial snags moving in (two years ago) that my overall experience has been very positive! Current management is organized and excited to implement positive changes in the community. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very friendly! Compared to other complexes, parking is always readily available and usually right in front of my complex. And I actually love it when I see and hear the neighborhood kids outside- they SHOULD be outside! I am thankful to call Winfield home for another year.
