Just speaking with Kathy made me feel like I was a person, rather than a transaction. It is not often that businesses treat you as a person, and not only did Kathy do that, she took her time explaining the information regarding the property and rental process, and although, there are no apartments in my criteria available, she still told me everything, treating me as a potential tenant.
