UPDATE (it wouldn't let me write a new review): I just moved out after almost 8 years and still hold the complex in high regard. Kathy and Fabi are an amazing team. Thank you for housing me for some of the most challenging and amazing times of my life! Somehow after living here for 2 years, I just managed to read the reviews and I felt compelled to offset some of the negative ones. I just signed another lease and I can say that even though there were initial snags moving in (two years ago) that my overall experience has been very positive! Current management is organized and excited to implement positive changes in the community. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very friendly! Compared to other complexes, parking is always readily available and usually right in front of my complex. And I actually love it when I see and hear the neighborhood kids outside- they SHOULD be outside! I am thankful to call Winfield home for another year.
